    FAQs

Do All Characters Have Unique Starting Balls?

Most characters in Ball x Pit have unique starting balls, which are often tied to their specific abilities or playstyles. However, there are instances where two characters share the same starting ball, as seen with The Shieldbearer and The Tactician, both beginning with the Iron ball.

Can a Character’s Starting Ball Be Changed?

While characters begin with a predetermined Special Ball, the game has a combination/customization through its Evolution system. As you progress, you can fuse balls to create new, more powerful Evolution Balls, essentially changing the ball a character uses during a run.

How Do You Unlock Other Characters?

New characters in Ball x Pit are unlocked through gameplay progression. By completing levels with your current characters, you earn blueprints. These blueprints can then be used to build houses for new characters in your base, making them available for play. To unlock all characters, you have to consistently complete levels with different characters.

Are There Any Characters That Share the Same Starting Ball?

Yes, The Shieldbearer and The Tactician both start with the Iron Ball. While their starting ball is the same, their unique character gimmicks make gameplay significantly different when playing as them in Ball x Pitt.
