Technically, you do not directly get the Garchomp in Champions. Instead, you first receive this reward in Pokémon Home, which you can then transfer to Champions if you wish. However, you should know that there is a considerably harder process behind this Pokémon.
You have to be physically present at the Pokémon Japan Championships. Here, you can visit the Pokémon Home booth to redeem a free Garchomp. As you can tell, this is a much harder task to accomplish. However, if you have a friend in or near Yokohama whom you trust, then you can ask them for their aid.
This Garchomp also comes at level 50, and will know Earthquake, Dragon Claw, Rock Slide, and Protect. It also has the useful Rough Skin ability, which makes this Pokémon stand out.
