In Phantom Blade Zero, you have to collect Amber Shards, and a certain number of these get you permanent increase in Sha-Chi; similar to what the Idunn Apples did for Kratos in God of War Ragnarok. In the early chapters for the main quest, spread across the Weeping Creek Valley, you can get the 4 Sha-Chi Amber Shards to get you that first permanent increase.
Here are the locations for all 4 Sha-Chi Amber Shards for the Weeping Creek Valley location in Phantom Blade Zero.
Sha-Chi Amber Shard #1

You get your first Sha-Chi Amber Shard from a chest after defeating an enemy with the shield, as part of clearing out the blocked entrance by the Red Threads. As part of the first main quest- Against The Fall, When you arrive at the Red Thread Barrier Bell, you will then be taking a path to the left, following the Red Threads above you. These will eventually lead you to an enemy with a shield, and defeating him will automatically open up the Red Barriers Thread. In this same area will be the chest with the Sha-Chi Amber Shard.
Sha-Chi Amber Shard # 2

You get the 2nd Sha-Chi Amber Shard on defeating a group of enemies, after the Rustblade Pavilion bell. This bell will get activated after you defeat Jagged Steel. From there, it is a linear path where the enemies will actively ambush you – so this is unmissable.
Sha-Chi Amber Shard #3

You will have to first defeat Peng Meng, The Axemaster, to get the Dread Axe Phantom Edge. Once you have this, go to the 2 guards on the opposite side of the Blacksmith in the Outpost, and you can use the Dread Axe to break the iron chains.
Proceed up the path, and defeat the enemies there. One of the enemies will be inside the building, lure him out, and use the guards help to take him out. He drops Sha-Chi Amber Shard #3 for the Weeping Creek Valley region.
Sha-Chi Amber Shard #4
The 4th Amber Shard requires you to enter the Weeping Creek Valley Plains. For this, you need a key, and for the key, you need the Hunter’s Chain Sickle Phantom Edge.

So, defeat The Hunt first – as part of the main quest. Then, make your way to the Valley Sha-Chi Summit and get the Sha-Chi Tower Base Key.

With the key in hand, travel to the Creek Valley Plains Entrance, and use the key. From here, take the path that winds upwards, and from there a right, to arrive at a bridge. Here, you will find the Long Pillar Overlook Bell, and the chest next to it will contain the Loong Pillar Key.

With the key in hand, take a right across the bridge. If you are doing the Apprentice Healer side quest, then there will be a symbol on the map that shows a location for the ingredient. Move towards that – this is the Congealeaf, if you have already collected it.
On crossing the bridge, there will be a couple of enemies to clear out, and then a wall running section. Here, there will be 1 enemy with a shield and a club, take him out. Now, look to your right for a gate that you can use the Rusted Loong Key to open.

Here, there will be a group of 3 enemies. Defeat them, and move ahead. Next to a set of cages, on the left, will be a lone enemy with a spiked club. Take him out to get your final Sha-Chi Amber Shard for the Weeping Creek Valley region in Phantom Blade Zero.
The Shards will now automatically combine into a Sha-Chi Amber, granting you a permanent increase in Sha-Chi by 10%
