Accessories in Phantom Blade Zero help give you that extra edge in battle against tough bosses and enemy mobs. There are a variety of accessories to be found, and you can pick one that works best for you – ranging from one that increases healing effectiveness to one that makes parrying and dodging easier.
Quite a few of these accessories are well hidden in the game, and off the beaten path. If you are looking to collect everything that the game has to offer, then read on for all the accessories that you can get your hands on, in the first region of the game – Weeping Creek Valley.
#1: Hunter’s Insight

Increases damage dealt and Sha-Chi depletion against attacking enemies by 7%
This is the first accessory that you get in Phantom Blade Zero. As you begin the Against The Flow main mission, you will come across the 2nd bell – the Lady’s Rift bell. From here, take the ladder and then the iron chain to swing across. Here, on defeating the axe-wielding enemy to get the Hunter’s Insight accessory. This is on a linear path, and hence unmissable.
#2: Battle Wraps

Increases damage dealt to enemies by 5%
From the First Meeting with Yu’er, when you take the path on the left, you will have a group of enemies. Defeating them gets you the Battle Wraps accessory.
#3: Medicine Case

Increases healing from Medicine by 20%
When you arrive at the Outpost after the Peng Meng fight, you will find Yu’er standing next to the Blacksmith. Speak to her and agree to gather the herbs to begin the Apprentice Healer side quest. This takes you over several areas in Weeping Creek Valley to collect 3 ingredients. Once done, return to Yu’er to get the Medicine Case accessory as the reward.
#4: Boulderguard

Reduces damage by 15% when not guard-broken.

The Boulderguard is a hidden accessory that is easily missed, unless you complete a specific interaction.

This interaction is with a Petrified Mandate Disciple, in the hut on the right of the Old Beggar at the Outpost.
Once you speak to him, then make your way to The Axemaster’s Holding Cell bell, the one that you activate after defeating Peng Meng, The Axemaster.

From here, take the left path through the gate next to the steps leading into the building. There will be a corpse on the ground that you can interact with.
Straight ahead on that path will be a grave. Interact with it once for Soul to remark that he should look around a bit more. Select Examine the grave, and you will get the Boulderguard accessory.
#5: Token Of Pursuit

Increases damage dealt to guard-broken enemies by 7%
The path to getting this is exactly the same that you follow for progressing the Purge the Sect questline. On defeating the archer that gets you the Broken String Bow, loot the chest next to him to get the Token of Pursuit accessory.
#6: Reflex Device

Increases timing window for Parries and Dodges by 15%

You need to first have the Furnace Inspection Crank with you. To get this, start from the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit bell. Take the ladder down on it’s left, and defeat the enemy there to get the Crank.
Now, the next step comes in after you have completed the following:
- defeated The Hunt,
- collected the Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp key from atop the tower next to the Tower Summit bell,
- unlocked the door at the Creek Valley Plains Entrance.

From here, stick to the left, go straight and then take the steps on your left. You will enter a factory like floor with Monks to fight and defeat. This is the same path you need to take to get Blackstone Shard #3 for the Weeping Creek Valley region.

Progress this area till you arrive at the Sha-Chi Tower Base bell. Here, to your left will be a socket to insert the Inspection Crank. Doing so will get you the Reflex Device accessory.
#7: Ancient Armor Fragment
The higher your HP, the higher the damage reduction, up to 20% at full HP
This is probably the most well-hidden accessory of the Weeping Creek Valley, as the Crimson Manor section that it is located in, itself is a highly missable secret area. The steps for getting the Ancient Armor accessory remain the same as above till unlocking the door at the Creek Valley Plains Entrance.

From here, on the left is a hidden entrance to the Crimson Manor. Soul will notice an opening that he can get into, by blowing it up using a Powderkeg. Lure the Powderkegs from the right and get them to blow the entrance open.
