Hissabeth uses one, two, and three-star cards to deal 120%, 180%, or 300% DMG to two enemies. In addition, she also deals 60%, 100%, or 150% Mental DMG to enemies inflicted by the Serpentine Scales effect from her cards.
Skill 2 Infinite Recursion
Infinite Recursion is a self-buff. Hissabeth consumes two, three, and four Snake’s Den stacks to gain two, three, and four rank-one Hiss! Incantation at round’s end, by using her one, two, or three-star cards.
Skill 3 Hiss!
Hiss! thrashes out 50%, 100%, and 250% DMG on a single enemy, and deals 1, 2, and 4 Serpentine Scales stacks at rank 1, 2, or 3.
Ultimate Skill Experimental Rocketry
