At some point of time in Dune Awakening, you will be tasked with locating some components that are within a Moisture Sealed Cave. Locating these may not be the easiest thing in the game, and that is exactly why we have put up here the exact location, and how to reach the Moisture Sealed Cave and get your hands on the required components.
How To Reach Moisture Sealed Cave In Dune Awakening
There are 2 Moisture Sealed Caves for you to locate and loot to get the required materials and complete the ‘Echoes of the Past’ quest:
- Location 1: Vents Of Eifrit
- Location 2: Aren’s Refuge
The entrance and these caves are easily identifiable as they are sealed in a distinct manner as shown above. You need to tear down the entrance with your melee weapon to access these caves. Also, every time you take the entrance down, you get 1-2 Micro-Sandwich Fiber.
Location 1: Vents Of Eifrit
Start from the location marked on the map above, which is the entrance to the ‘Vents of Eifrit’ cave in South Hagga Basin. Now, tear the entrance and enter, and do the following to get the loot in this cave:
- You will see a small area with fire on the floor, run through it. While it will damage you a bit, it will not prove fatal.
- Jump onto the other side, keep going straight till you come across a crossroad, with one side leading to another fire-filled area.
- Take the other route, this leads to a water container. Drink from it to get the Sated status back.
- Now, take the route to the fire-filled area, and use the rocks at the other side to climb up. Use a Healkit if necessary.
- Right across the other side, as shown in the image above will be a locker that contains:
- 113 Solari
- 1 Literjon
- 4 Micro-Sandwich Fabric
Location 2: Aren’s Refuge
From this location, keep moving North and you will come across the distinct look of a sealed entrance on your left. Tear the entrance and collect the Micro-Sandwich Fabric. Take the first left to get access to the container that has:
- 60 Solari
- 5 EMF Generator
- 4 Micro-Sandwich Fabric
- 3 Salvaged Metal
There is a second chest also in the area straight ahead after you enter the cave, and that contains:
- 57 Solari
- 3 EMF Generator
- 4 Micro-Sandwich Fabric
- 3 Salvaged Metal
And with that, you have what you need to get the quest ‘Echoes of the Past’ completed. These caves are good sources for loot and upgrade material, so keep an eye out for these when exploring in Dune Awakening.
