Goddard’s Art Supplies are located in the Elixir Research Zone area that you will unlock as part of the main story. Take the path to the right of the Stargazer, and then keep heading straight. As you jump down, take the first right. A small set of stairs will lead you into a laboratory, with a blue glowing collectible right in front of you. Take that and you have Goddard’s Art Supplies now in your possession, the description here reads:
This expensive set of art supplies bears signs of careful handling. Having lost her sight, the painter dreams of guidance from a radiant light, and she stored her supplies with great care.
You can now take back these supplies and hand them over to Goddard at the Zoo Tram Station Stargazer. She will thank you for bringing her the art supplies, and comments that she can finally get down to completing her masterpiece.
How To Complete The Goddard Side Quest In Lies Of P Overture
You can start the Goddard quest only by selecting ‘Incredible! It is a brilliant work of art’ when interacting with Goddard at the Zoo Tram Station. She then sends you to collect the Art Supplies as detailed above.
After defeating the main boss in the DLC,
- Return to Goddard to get the Painter’s Sky painting, and To the One within the Darkness letter collectible.
- Examine the letter in your inventory to get ‘The Clear Blue Sky’ gramophone record.
- Return to Eventide Hotel Krat, and approach a wall to place the painting there.
- Return to the base game Hotel Krat, and interact with the painting to get Humanity Points.
