Summary
- The Crimson Desert Soul Spear is quite an overpowered weapon.
- You can get it quite early, in the Hernand region itself.
- However, you will want to come prepared for a fight and have some Ice Resistance clothes or food.
The difficulty of Crimson Desert depends on your equipment, so getting a strong weapon like the Soul Spear early on can be a game-changer. However, although you can get it early, that does not mean you can get it easily. You will have to brave through some difficult enemies to get your hands on this weapon.
Where to Find the Crimson Desert Soul Spear?

The Soul Spear can be found in the Tomb of Frozen Souls in the Hernand region. You can easily get to this location by opening the map and zooming out till you see the spot ‘Hernand’ on your map.
The Tomb of Frozen Souls will be right on the ‘H’ of Hernand. This makes it quite easy to get to the location. However, you will definitely want to prepare some things in advance before you proceed with this journey.
- Prepare Ice Resistance clothes and/or food. This will be crucial in surviving the cold temperatures in and around the dungeon.
- Secondly, prepare lots of healing items by cooking in advance. Several tough enemies will be standing in your way.
You can also get to this location quite much faster if you use one of the three Legendary horses in the game.
How To Get Crimson Desert Soul Spear

Once you arrive at the location, you will see a huge crevice to jump into. Don’t dive in immediately. Find the entrance (as seen in the above picture), and then slowly glide down.
Land at the edge, which peaks out, and you will see the entrance of the tomb up ahead. A giant enemy will also guard this, so be careful.

Once you get inside, follow the path straight ahead and peer over the edge. You will need to glide down to two levels below you, to the platform on the opposite side. Once you land, the Soul Spear will be right in front of you
However, there is a catch. You will be attacked by various flying enemies on the way, and they can make it difficult to get the spear itself.
Therefore, it is recommended to bait them to your location one by one, by shooting arrows. After you have dispatched the two aerial enemies, you can safely pluck the spear from its stand and get out of there.
