Summary
- Shadow Claw is an overpowered ability to use in Crimson Desert.
- You will have to do a lot of main story and faction quests, and then take down the Legendary Wolf to get this skill.
- This gets you Leebur’s Soul, an item that marks the location of every Legendary Beast in the game, while also netting you the Legendary Silver Fang mount.
Crimson Desert has a vast number of builds that can be experimented with, but Shadow Claw can definitely earn its way into the strongest ones. This is a hard-to-obtain, but great skill that is equipped on your weapon. Here is how to start the Legendary Wolf quest line to obtain the Shadow Claw skill and the Legendary Silver Fang Mount.

How To Get the Shadow Claw Abyss Gear in Crimson Desert

If you have started this quest, most of the hard work is already done. After you track this beast to the Forest of Wolves, one final challenge remains in your way. This is the Legendary Wolf itself, Black Fang.
Go through the quest until you reach the boss fight. If you are successful in defeating it, then you will get the Shadow Claw Abyss Gear, alongside the Leebur’s Soul.
Note: The boss itself needs to be defeated twice. The first time you defeat it, it will vanish, requiring you to track it with your lantern again. Once you defeat it twice, it will finally be vanquished and reward you with the items you need.
This is a particularly great item, as it marks the location of all the Legendary Animals on your map.
This is extremely useful when you are looking to fight some strong mobs or get some Legendary horses as mounts.
How To Get Legendary Silver Fang Mount in Crimson Desert

After you defeat the Black Fang, the Silver Fang is just one step away. You can go away (this is to reset the location and make Silver Fang spawn) and come back to the same location as the Black Fang. This time, instead of a black wolf, a white/silver wolf will be awaiting you.
Defeat the Silver Fang, and skin it to get the Fang of Silver Fang. Now, take this item to any of the Witches of Pywel. Select the Craft button, and navigate to the Special Items section.
You can now craft the Sigil of Solidarity (Silver Fang). Once this is done, use it, and Silver Fang will be registered as a mount in Crimson Desert.
Legendary Silver Fang Mount Stats in Crimson Desert
Here are the stats for this Legendary Beast:

- Stamina: 200
- Attack: 100
- Defence: 45
Why is Shadow Claw Overpowered in Crimson Desert

This gear adds a special ability to your weapon when you attack. Upon pressing RT/R2, in addition to your regular attack, it performs three additional slashes in front of you.
This is not only a great boost to your damage in general, but also great because it synergizes well with other Abyss Gears like the Crowcaller, which also activates on the same button input.
