Before you can start your journey of winning the harvest festival, you need to prepare your tavern. Use the following steps to ensure that you are prepared for the rush of patrons:
- Earn a 2-star rating.
- Keep your tavern open 24/7.
- Hire additional staff.
- Stock up on food & drinks.
Hire an Entertainer
Once the preparations are done, it’s time to think about entertainment. Hiring an entertainer is a crucial requirement for winning the Harvest Festival. There are two major benefits of hiring an entertainer:
- An entertainer keeps your patrons happy: The groups of patrons that show up during the festival expect a bit more pomp and circumstance than your average Joe. They need some kind of entertainment. If they get it, they’ll vote in your favor.
- An entertainer keeps your patrons distracted: This is the benefit that YOU get from the entertainer. When the entertainer is active, they will distract the patrons, making them more patient. This will relieve the pressure and strain from your wait staff. This is the key to serving an onslaught of patrons during the festival.
Build a Patron Attraction Board
Patron attraction boards help you with two things:
- It highlights the upcoming patron groups and hints at their requirements. This enables you to be well-prepared and stock up on various resources.

You can keep track of the votes earned by your competition, i.e., other Guilds, through the pop-up on the middle-right side of the screen. Usually, other guilds reach up to 70-75 votes by the final tally, so getting 80+ votes can ensure your victory.

It is almost impossible to win the festival if you do not keep your tavern running 24/7.

- Accept all patron groups: Once you build a Patron Attraction Board, you’ll be swimming in patron group requests. It may feel overwhelming to accept all of them, but doing so is immensely beneficial.
- Build additional Voting Booths: You can build up to four voting booths. Doing so and placing them far away from each other can ensure that your patrons do not have to wait in lines to vote.
- Complete the optional objectives: Complete all the optional objectives (such as building at least four taps, bar counters, tables, and having at least eight staff members) to increase your chances of winning the harvest festival.
