    Snapshot Summary

    • The first pistol you can get your hands on is the TT-33.
    • You can find this gun behind the abandoned house near the giant Satellite Dish.
    • Finding this gun should be your primary objective on your first day.

Getting your hands on weapons is extremely important to survive the irradiated wastelands in Misery. While acquiring powerful weapons will take some time, you can find a pretty good alternative for your bare fists in the first few hours of the game.

It is possible to get the pistol on your first day. In fact, it should be your main objective when you first leave your bunker. You can find your first Pistol in Misery by following these steps:

    1. Leave your Bunker and locate the giant Satellite Dish.
    2. Head towards the Satellite Dish.
    3. Once you reach its base, you can find an abandoned house on the right side.
    4. The entrance of this house will be blocked.
    5. Head on to the back side of the house.
    6. On the back side, look for a White Bench.
    7. Near the white bench, you can find a Stash lying on the ground.
    8. You can quickly find the stash by looking for a Wooden Sign pointing towards it.
    9. Open the stash to get your hands on the first Pistol (TT-33)

With the pistol now in your inventory, the next thing to keep an eye out should be on how to repair weapons in Misery.

    FAQs

Can I craft a gun at the Crafting Station?

No. You can only craft ammo at the crafting station in your bunker, considering that you have the right materials. You can find guns by exploring the map. Once you collect the TT-33, you can go about exploring the map. More powerful weapons can be found around abandoned military bases and underground labs in further stages of the game.

    Is TT-33 an automatic gun?

No. TT-33 is a semi-automatic pistol. Since it’s your first weapon in Misery, you shouldn’t expect too much from it. It will safeguard you against basic threats before you can find more powerful weapons. You can craft ammo for it at your crafting station. You can also find ammo by exploring the map.

What are some of the most powerful weapons in Misery?

PPSH, a submachine gun with a high firing rate, AK-74, and Mosin Rifle, a long-range bolt-action gun, are some of the most powerful weapons in Misery. You can get your hands on them by progressing in the game’s campaign, killing enemies, and raiding military bases.

How to load the guns in Misery?

As a unique survival game, Misery offers a different loading structure. Follow these steps to load your weapons (considering you have both the weapon and the appropriate ammo):

    1. Open your Inventory.
    2. Click on the desired Weapon.
    3. Take the appropriate Magazine out.
    4. Click on the Magazine.
    5. Put the Ammo in the Magazine.
    6. Put the loaded Magazine in the Weapon.
    7. Go back and equip the gun.
