Pine Mushroom Tea Recipe in Crimson Desert
You get the recipe for the Pine Mushroom Tea during the Plague Over the Wall questline. This is the second part of the Beggar’s Alliance Faction quests. Specifically, you get the recipe during the ‘A Clue To the Cure’ mission.
You need the following items to make this dish:
- Pine Mushroom x2
- Water x2
Note: You cannot cook this dish on a bonfire. Instead, you will have to find a cauldron to cook it. We would suggest going to any of the witches of Pywel. These places always have a cauldron sitting next to them.

Pine Mushroom Tea Effects and Uses
You will need this item to complete the ‘A Clue To the Cure’ quest. This is probably going to be your first use of the item. You have to take it to the Halssius Apothecary to heal the sick lady.
Apart from this, it has the following effect if you consume it:

- Ice Resistance Lv 6 (1 min)
Where To Find Pine Mushrooms in Crimson Desert
Pine Mushrooms are definitely the harder item of the two to find. However, there is an easily accessible place close to Hernand where you can find it. Go north from the city and cross the bridge to the Three Saints’ Falls.
Here, dive down into the cave, and you will find a small opening into the Three Saints’ Falls Cave. It will house tons of Pine Mushrooms in the same place for you to pick at your leisure.
