With every townsfolk or Hobbit location you visit in Tales of the Shire, you add some new NPC friends that improve your gameplay. However, finding new Hobbits depends on their daily schedule and activities.
Some hobbits work around the morning time, while leisure in a pub after sundown. However, if you come across a Hobbit without an interaction option, it means they are not townsfolk. This makes it hard to find true townsfolk, but thankfully, we have all Townsfolk locations in the Tales of the Shire.
