Where is the Constellation Helm in Crimson Desert?

The Constellation Helm is sitting in Scholastone, immediately next to the above-marked Abyss Nexus. If you teleport to the above location, then walk forward and look at the ground. The helm will be placed at your feet.
However, this can only occur based on certain conditions.
How To Get the Constellation Helm in Crimson Desert

This helm can be obtained in the ‘What the Stars Left Behind’ quest line. This is one of the Scholastone Faction Requests.
You will first have to complete the following tasks:
- Progress the main story until you reach and resolve the incident at Scholastone.
- Note: Do not pick up the Constellation Research Journal at this stage. It might not let you start the quest altogether, as its first sub-quest, Constellation Research, requires you to obtain and read the book.
- If the Scholastone Faction Requests do not unlock, finish a research task at this location. Once that is done, this tab should become visible.
- After you get the ‘What the Stars Left Behind’ quest, go to the library and grab the Constellation Research Journal when prompted.
Read this book from front to end, and you will reach the important Troll Studying Steles sub-quest. When this starts, head to the above shown location near the Abyss Nexus and grab the Constellation Helm.

What Does the Constellation Helm Do in Crimson Desert?
Even if you are wearing this item as your regular armor, you will be confused when you press the key prompt, only for nothing to happen. This is because you must pull up the food quick swap menu (also the same menu where you shift between different elements).
Here, swap to the Constellation Helm. Now you can press:
- L1 + R1 on PlayStation
- LT + RT on Xbox
- B on keyboard
The above key combinations will activate the Constellation Helm, allowing you to scan the night sky for various constellations.
FAQs
What to do if What the Stars Left Behind is not starting?
The likely cause for this is that you might have picked up the Constellation Journal book before the quest started. In this case, if you have a save file from before this point, consider reverting and testing this.
If you cannot revert, try completing more Hernand Commissions and waiting for this to unlock. If you believe this is a bug, report it to the developer team so they can fix it soon.
How many constellations can you find in Crimson Desert?
There are 13 different constellations.
Why is the Constellation Helm not working even when you press the right key?
You have to press and hold the right D-pad button for the quick swap menu to show up. Here, look at the selected accessory, and switch it to the helm for it to start working. This is because you can only actively use one item with the ‘L1+R1/LT + RT’ combination.
