- Explore inside and find a chest with the Steamer Vault Key.
- Now, leave the island and find one with a crashed ship on it. Circle the ship until you arrive at the Ancient Metal Gate.
- Interact with the Ancient Metal Gate while holding the Steamer Vault Key.
- This will open the door and grant you access to the interior.
Now, all you have to do is walk inside and grab the Hang Glider blueprint. You will find it glowing inside the dark room, and it is almost impossible to miss.
