Digimon Story: Time Stranger has a special place called the Digifarm, where your monsters can train and get stronger even when you’re doing other things. This round area is more than just a place to store your digital friends. It’s a training spot that works all day and night to make your team better.
You can put up to 30 Digimon in the Digifarm at the same time. These monsters will get experience points just like the ones sitting in your normal box. But the best part is the training options and the materials they collect. Learning how to use this place the right way can save you tons of time grinding and help you get your Digimon ready to evolve faster.
How to Unlock Digifarm in Digimon Story: Time Stranger

You get the Digifarm after you beat the second boss Raremon in the main quest called Reunions Bring Trouble. After you win this fight, the story moves forward and you need to look for a strange spot in the back streets of Kabukicho in Shinjuku. Find a door that goes to a place called the In-Between Theater.
When you walk into the In-Between Theater, go up to the person at the desk. Pick the choice that says “I wanna check out the Digifarm” and you’ll go into your new training area. After this, you can come back to the Digifarm any time you want by going to the In-Between Theater. Most places in the game have at least one door that takes you there.
Do Digimon in the Farm Gather Materials?
Yes, any Digimon you put in the Digifarm will pick up materials on their own while they stay there. Every time you go into the farm, a list shows up on the right side of your screen with all the materials your Digimon found. These materials help you make decorations and training sets. You don’t have to do anything special to make this work. Just leave your Digimon in the farm and they’ll keep finding stuff as time goes by.
Do Placed Items Do Anything?
No, the items and ground tiles you put in the Digifarm are just for looks. They won’t make your Digimon train faster or find more materials. You can change up your farm with up to 492 tiles and 250 items to make it look any way you like. You can make forests, deserts, or frozen places if you want. How it looks won’t help or hurt your training, so just make it look nice if that’s what you want.
How to Train Digimon in the Digifarm in Time Stranger

You train Digimon by picking them on the farm and choosing from different training sets. Each set works on one stat like HP, Attack, Defense, or Speed. Training also changes your Digimon’s personality in different ways, and this matters when you want them to evolve.
Training sets come in three levels called A, B, and C. The A level sets take 30 minutes of real time to finish. B level sets take 60 minutes and C level sets need 90 minutes. The timer only moves when you’re playing the game. If you put your console in rest mode, the training stops.
You can make training go faster by getting certain Agent Skills called Crash Course. There are four types of this skill, one for each personality group. These skills cut training time in half for Digimon with the right personalities. You can also spend game money to finish training right away if you’re in a rush.
The higher level training sets give bigger stat boosts. The C level sets give huge stat increases but don’t change personality at all. This makes them great when you already have the personality you want and just need bigger stats to meet evolution needs. You need to make B and C level sets at Zudomon’s shop in Central Town using materials from the In-Between Theater shop. Also, you’ll need to digivolve when you can.
Training sets can be used as many times as you want, but you need more than one copy to train multiple Digimon with the same set at once. When a Digimon finishes training, you get a message from Mirei Mikagura. You can answer her message to keep the training going without going to the farm again.
Do I Have to Feed Digimon in the Digifarm in Digimon Story Time Stranger?

No, you don’t have to feed them, but it really helps. When you feed Digimon in the farm, their Bond level goes up. Higher Bond levels mean more stats move over when your Digimon evolves or goes back to a weaker form. This makes stronger monsters over time because of how stats are passed down.
You can buy food for your Digimon at item shops all over the map. Just remember that you can’t feed a Digimon while it’s training. You need to wait for them to finish training or stop it before you can give them food. The Digifarm gives you strong tools to build the best team in Digimon Story: Time Stranger.
