2K Games has just put out Borderlands 4 for pre-order on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Epic, and for Nintendo Switch 2, it will be announced at a later date. The game releases on September 12.
Also, the Borderlands Fan Fest will be held on June 21, 12.30 pm PT, 3.30 pm ET and 8.30 pm BST where a new story trailer and hands-on gameplay will be showcased.
The game will release with 3 different editions: the Standard, Deluxe and Super-Deluxe.

With the 80$ price tag getting breached by Outer Worlds 2, it will be somewhat of a relief that Borderlands 4 comes priced (slightly) lower than that. The other good thing about this announcement is that a meaty post-launch content calendar and plans look already to be in place, with area expansions as well as new Vault Hunter additions.
Hopefully, the game which has been making all the right noises so far will make up for the less than stellar last couple of entries in the Borderlands universe.
